Spacious, quiet, and private, our self–catered, self–contained guest home is a great space to return to after a busy day of experiencing some of the many local attractions and activities. The ten–acre country setting is also just a wonderful space in which to take time out to refresh your tired body, brain, or both! See map below for general location and our location page for more in-depth information and directions.
Fully rejuvenated, our 1,000 sq. ft. vintage home affords a wonderful view from the living room, kitchen, and main bedroom. Visit the photo page for home and property photos.
Six adult/youth guests can sleep in comfort, plus 2 or 3 smaller bodies (children) can be comfortably accommodated on floor air mattresses, and the regular couch. A pet or two is welcome with a prior agreement.
Read the kudos/testimonials from some of our guests.
In addition to the comfortable features, Linda (me), your host, is usually just next door— ready to ensure that you have everything you need for a pleasant visit!
Bookings are for a minimum of two nights or more. Base rate is for 1 or 2 guests; extra guests pay a surcharge per night. See our rates page for our High and Low Season rates—note the discounted rates for six and seven day stays. Also, please note: we will not have increased rates during the 2010 Winter Olympics period--our regular low season rates will apply until May 14th when our regular summer rates will begin.
Winter "Snowbirds" are most welcome—check out the available months and great Low Season rates. Our low season begins on January 4th and runs through to May 14th. No rental is possible after September 14th--too many fall storms and low water to contend with. Our current rate schedule covers both 2009 and 2010.
You can also explore our menu items from both the top and bottom menu on most pages. After checking all the information, and the rates page, please visit the contact page for e-mail contact, or call our Toll Free number listed at the bottom of each page. Sorry, the toll free is just for Canada and the US, but if you e-mail your complete phone number, I'll phone you using the Skype Internet Telephony service.
