Youth = 13 years old up, and in the
company of a parent guest
Pet = one or two dogs or one cat
welcome - with a pre-agreement* in place.
* We must have a pre-agreement because firm restrictions apply. The main restriction is that your pet must not roam free outside the guest house. There are the permanent property pets, deer, rabbits, neighbours' dogs, and more considerations which make this restriction essential.
Check-in time: after 4 p.m., but please ask if an earlier time is possible *
Check-out time: 10 a.m., but please ask if you require a later time *
* At times, there is a possibility of flexibility in regard to the check-in and check-out times.
(You can always drop off your excess baggage earlier. This offer does not include children! :-) )
Deposit: 25% of
your rental value. Your deposit will be processed at the
time of booking (through your credit card).
A refund of your deposit, less $ 50.00,
will be given if a cancellation is received more than 30 days from
the reservation date. If 30 days or less remains before the booking
date, no refund will be given unless the guest house is rebooked
for the same time period. The $ 50.00 booking charge will be
deducted regardless of any rebooking.
Refunds will be given in the same form as they were received and
will not be refunded until fully cleared through our credit card
service (usually one day), or the bank.
Payment methods:
All bookings are completed by a telephone transactions. Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and JCB..
On arrival, pay your 75% balance with your credit card, cash or traveller's cheques--only. Sorry, but no personal cheques will be accepted.
